The interviewer is often the first contact an applicant has with AFS. In this role you have the opportunity to ensure that the applicant is informed and knowledgeable of AFS and its programs. In addition you have the responsibility for assessing the viability of the applicant and determine that they meet the criteria required by the AFS program to which they are applying.
Tasks
- Contact and set up the applicant's interview
- During the interview, ensure that the applicant is informed and understands the requirements and expectations of the AFS program to which they are applying
- Be available to answer questions and provide applicants with the information and resources they needs to support their AFS experience
- Complete the required interview form/s and ensure timely submission of interview to AFS-USA
