As a Volunteer, we know it can be tricky to find help when you need it. Looking to log an interview? Run a report? Find a hosted student's contact information? In the past, we've offered many resources, such as the AFS Wiki, and over time those resources have become unwieldy and outdated.
That's why we've created the MyAFS Help & Learning Center. It's your one-stop starting point to get answers.
Organized Around You
We've moved the most important content from the AFS Wiki and other AFS platforms to the Help & Learning Center. In the process, we've also taken the time to:
- re-organize content around key tasks many volunteers do, making it easier to find what you need
- update content so that the information is current and accurate
- focus content so the most important and frequently used information is easily available
So now you start here to find important information and resources.
Browse by Topic or Search
Dive right in from our homepage by clicking a topic, such as Interview Applicants, or search our database of how-to articles, FAQs, resources (guides, training, etc.) and more.
Scan for Articles At-a-Glance
With a clean, simple design, our categories and articles are easier to scan so you discover helpful information more easily.
View Articles
And with our updated article content you can learn more about AFS, get step-by-step instructions to get work done, launch training, and more.
We're excited about what we have so far and what's ahead. We hope you are too. As always, we'd love to hear your feedback too. If you have any, just click Submit a Request at the bottom of any Help & Learning page and let us know your thoughts.
