This article discusses where to find students interested in studying abroad. See Contact Interested Students for more on how to reach out to them.
Like many parts of Global Link, there is more than one way to find students interested in studying abroad in your team. This article will discuss:
- Using the Service Case search function in Global Link
- Using the Sending Pipeline Report
Using the Service Case Search Function in Global Link
Here is the search criteria to use in order to pull applicants at the beginning of the application process:
Note: Add “Confirmation” to the SF Stage dropdown when searching in your team and this will also pull in those applicants who have paid the $200 Application Fee and are in the Next Steps part of the application. This group is the more committed group, whereas the others have not yet made a financial commitment. The applicants in early stages would be good to reach out to and encourage to move along.
Please refer to this article about the various stages of the Application Journey, what those stages mean for the applicant, and what pieces of the application they are working on at that time.
Using the Sending Pipeline Report
This report captures all of the applicants from your Area Team that are in SF Stage “Interest” to “Confirmation”. This report will give you a quick look into where your applications live within the team, their contact information, and their parents contact information.
After making your appropriate selections, pull the report!
