All volunteers with the right training can conduct interviews. We encourage volunteers to get involved, and check with their team leadership if they have any questions about their owns team's process for scheduling and interviewing applicants.
To find sending, hosting, and volunteer applicants who need an interview using MyAFS:
- On MyAFS, click Interviews in the navigation bar.
- On the To Do tab, a list of sending, host family, and volunteer applicants who need interviews appears (if any).
- In the Status column, look for the Unclaimed label for each applicant list.
- If you're interested conducting an interview for an unclaimed applicant, claim an interview.
