Canva Templates

Canva templates are available for use by staff and volunteers. These templates include customizable social media graphics, posters, flyers, presentations, and more. New templates will be added periodically as we gauge the needs of our community. Please review our Canva Training Materials before editing a template for use. If you're unfamiliar with using templates in Canva, we encourage you to watch our recorded webinar on the topic. If you have any trouble accessing these templates, need alternate/unlocked versions of these designs, or have questions in general, please reach out to marketing@afsusa.org

 

Before gaining access to these templates, you must join either the staff or volunteer team on our AFS-USA Canva account. If you're a staff member, please reach out to marketing@afsusa.org to be added to our staff team. 

If you are a volunteer, please join the AFS-USA Volunteer Team on Canva.

Because of team permissions, you will only have access to the template link associated with your current role (staff vs. volunteer.) Please note that copies of these designs are only accessible through the links below - if you try to access the original versions in our "Brand Templates" folder on Canva, it will deny you access.

- As part of our resources for wrapping up the exchange year, students can use this presentation template to reflect on and share their exchange experience at school, community events, and in other appropriate settings. 

- In honor of Teacher Appreciation Week (May 8 - 12, 2023), we've created a variety of unlocked designs you can use to recognize your local schools/educators for being part of the #AFSEffect. Click here to open a copy of these designs in Canva.
