The Sending Interviewer position in a team is very important to the process of preparing an applicant for their study abroad experience. The Sending Interviewer is assigned to auto-emails that are sent out when it is time for an applicant to receive their interview to complete their application! At their availability, they should log into MyAFS to claim interviews and upload completed forms. This is a required step of the application process. They should also feel comfortable talking to applicants and parents about their study abroad experience, what to expect, the general AFS rules, and introduce them to the local team and events where possible!
Tasks
- Perform Sending Interviews in a timely manner.
- Help answer questions or concerns on applicants and parents during, or after, the interview process.
