The Following instructions apply to Arrival and departure events only.
Each Area Team has a Departure Logistics Webinar (DLW) and Arrival activity created for them by the Travel and Logistic Department. This ensures accurate name standardization. The name is created using the following naming conventions:
Departure Logistics Webinar: Area team name (HDS) DLW 2022
Arrivals: Area team name (HDS) Arrivals NH22
Note:
- HDS = Host Distribution Site.
- DLW has 2022 as that is the year it is happening – not NH21
The easiest way to search for your AT’s Arrivals Activity Module is using your team name.
Then, select “Hosting” in the Activity Focus field and “Participant Arrival” in the Activity Sub Focus field:
Below these fields there is a field that is titled Main Organization. Select the magnifying glass next to this field.
A new box will appear. Select “Area Team” and then scroll down until you find your team name. Click "OK.”
Now that you have selected Activity Focus, Activity Sub focus and your area team, you can select “Search.” Your screen should look like this:
A number of records will appear, probably not more than ten or in some cases even just one. Make sure the activity name includes the current cycle. To open the Activity Module click on the “Activity Ref” Number:
