Each Area Team has an EOS and Arrival activity created for them by the Regional Travel and Logistic Coordinator (RTLC). This ensure accurate name standardization. The name is created using the following naming conventions:
End of Stay: Area team name (HDS) EOS 2019
Arrivals: Area team name (HDS) Arrivals NH19
NOTES: HDS = Host Distribution Site. EOS has 2019 as that is the year it is happening – not NH19.

Below these fields there is a field that is titled Main Organization. Select the magnifying glass next to this field.
A new box will appear. Select “Area Team” and then scroll down until you find your team name. Click OK”
