While this year will likely look different than pre-pandemic years, the AFS Support Process will remain the same. We will use the same support tools and the same process as we have in previous years. Support Resources that are available on MyAFS Help & Learning specific to support tools and the support process remain relevant for your use.
In the event that your student or host family are unable or uncomfortable meeting in person to go over and sign a support document, meeting virtually is suitable, and signing support documents separately is also suitable. Some options you have for signing support documents remotely include signing through Adobe or simply signing by hand and taking a picture or a scan.
